Threshold for Hotels & Spas
A lucid dreaming workshop for your guests, guided by a psychologist.
Two and a half hours · up to twelve guests · English, Spanish or German
More than a lucid dream. A tool they take with them.
Guided work begins before sleep. We shape what your guests take into the night, work with what emerges, and follow it up afterwards — so the experience does not end when they wake up.
What they take with them
Their three dream signs, found in the room. The Cartography Notebook and a four-week plan. Two short messages a day for four weeks, included. And the option of individual sessions online, if they want to go further.
First lucid dreams usually appear between the second and the sixth week of practice — which is exactly what those four weeks of follow-up are for.
Sleep well first. Lucidity comes after.
We begin with the sleep hygiene that actually matters. On its own that is already a gain — and it is worth having whether or not lucidity ever arrives.
We do not manufacture a single awakening: we use the ones your guests already have. No alarms at four in the morning here.
Who it’s for
Boutique hotels, wellness retreats and adults-only resorts with an evening slot to fill on the wellness calendar — somewhere between the spa treatment menu and the in-room minibar.
How it works
Book a call
Fifteen minutes to talk through dates, format and terms — and whether your house is the right fit.
We agree the details
Group size, language, the evening slot, and the minimum for the workshop to run.
We run Threshold
Two and a half hours, in the room, guided from start to finish. Your guests, not ours.
Four weeks of follow-up
Included, not sold separately: two short WhatsApp messages a day, so the practice does not stop when the stay ends.
Optional: going further
Guests who want more can continue with the online individual programme afterwards, on their own.
Zero fixed cost.
Commission model: the guest pays, the house takes a percentage per booking. If it does not fill, it does not run, and nobody has invested anything.
The hotel brings the room in the evening slot, in-house communication, and the booking. REM Lab brings the method, the materials, the facilitation, the entry screening, the four weeks of follow-up and professional liability insurance.
Questions hotels and spas ask
What is Threshold?
A lucid dreaming workshop guided by a psychologist: two and a half hours, up to twelve guests, part of the same REM Lab method used in the online individual programme.
Does it cost the hotel anything?
No fixed cost. It runs on a commission model: the guest pays, the house takes a percentage per booking. If the agreed minimum isn't reached, the workshop doesn't run — nobody has invested anything.
What does REM Lab provide?
The method, the materials, the facilitation, the entry screening, four weeks of guest follow-up, and professional liability insurance.
What does the hotel provide?
The room, in an evening slot, in-house communication to guests, and the booking.
What languages does it run in?
English, Spanish or German.
Do guests need experience with lucid dreaming?
No. It is guided from the first minute. The entry screening simply checks that a guest sleeps reasonably well and can recall a dream — the same filter used in the online programme.
What happens after the workshop ends?
Four weeks of guided practice and follow-up are included as part of Threshold. Guests who want to go deeper can continue afterwards with optional one-to-one sessions or the full online programme.
Who guides the workshop?
Susana F. Díez — psychologist, gerontologist and the creator of the REM Lab method, with 25 years in the wellness sector.
